On 31 October, the yearly TRAIL PhD Congress took place in In De Driehoek in Utrecht. About 85 PhD and Staff members attended the congress in which Lilian van den Aarsen gave a keynote about ‘Climate adaptation and infrastructure – perspective of the National Delta Programme’ and 47 PhD students presented their work. It was really good to see everybody enjoyed themselves and learned on the fly. Thanks to Ruben Akse and Marquis Yip for their help organizing the congress and congratuations to the Best Presentation Award winners Roberto Ramirez and Saeed Rahmani.
